Online Ordering

(i) How can I check the status of my current order?

After successfully completing the transaction, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email containing the confirmed order details. You can also log in as a member on our website or mobile application, go to "My Account," and click on "Order Inquiry" to find the order number and check the status of your order.

(ii) How can I modify or cancel an order?

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you have submitted incorrect information during the ordering process, please contact us via WhatsApp chat or email at info@xx.com. If the order has not been packaged or shipped, we can assist you in correcting the information. Therefore, please ensure that you verify and confirm all items and personal information accurately before submitting the order and making the payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Alipay, and WeChat Pay for payment. For credit card payments, the purchaser must be the credit card holder,.

VISA Secure and MasterCard SecureCode are credit card shopping protection services that allow you to use relevant passwords or verification codes when using the aforementioned credit cards for online shopping. We also do not store customers' credit card information. Customers must use their own valid credit cards for purchases, and JP elife reserves the right to cancel orders.

All payment methods require payment before shipment, and cash on delivery is not available.

You can apply for membership by purchasing any product on the JP elife online store or mobile application. Simply fill in the relevant personal information, and the system will automatically create a membership account for you. This allows you to accumulate points and enjoy member benefits and discounts.

(ii) How can I enjoy member discounts for online shopping?

You can enjoy member discounts when shopping on the JP elife online store or mobile application. Before checkout, you need to register and log in to your online account using your mobile phone number and email address. Please note that member discounts do not apply to product promotion bundles and limited edition products. (v) Can I share my member account with others?

To protect member rights, JP elife membership and online ordering accounts are only for personal use by the registered individual, and each member can only have one JP elife membership and online account.
